Jos� Moutinho Pereira

Jos� Manuel Moutinho Pereira was graduated in Agricultural Sciences in 1987 and received his PhD degree in grapevine physiology from UTAD in 2000. Actually, as Assistant Professor with Habilitation in Plant Physiology at UTAD, and as full member of CITAB, has focused his scientific activity on the study of the impact of biotic/abiotic stresses on Mediterranean crops. The fundamental concern has been the research of environmentally friendly and easy-to-implement measures. With this propose, he integrated the team of several competitive projects, is author/co-author of several papers in national and international peer-review journals and supervised several PhD and MSc students.
