Hernani Gerós has a PhD in Sciences (1999). He is Associate Professor with habilitation and an integrated member of the Centre of Molecular and Environmental Biology. His research interests are: grapevine molecular physiology and biotechnology, plant-environment interaction, long distance transport, transmembrane transport. He is Vice-President of the School of Sciences since 2021.
