Mar�a Henar Prieto

Maria del Henar Prieto is doctorate in Agriculture Ingineering from the University of C�rdoba (Spain). She is researcher and head of the Area of Agronomy of woody and horticultural crops at the Institute of Agricultural Research Finca La Orden-Valdesequera of CICYTEX (Centre for Scientific and Technological Research of Extremadura)". She is speciallist in agronomy and ecophysiology of irrigated crops. She has led and participate in numerous projects on the response of crops to water and nutritional deficit, as a basis for the design of efficient production systems. She is particularly interested in the integration of agronomic practices in sustainable cropping systems.
